Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your current billing period unless required by law. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Asaan AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
You may be able to access or use third party websites, resources, content, communications or information via the Services. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your access to, reliance upon or use of any such Third Party Materials and Asaan AI disclaims any liability that you may incur arising from access to, reliance upon or use of such Third Party Materials via the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that Asaan AI: (a) is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such Third Party Materials; (b) has no liability to you or any third party for any harm, injuries or losses suffered as a result of your access to, reliance upon or use of such Third Party Materials; and (c) does not make any promises to remove Third Party Materials from being accessed through the Services.

This includes but is not limited to adult content, harassment, misinformation, hate speech, and content that could harm minors. Users must not generate or seek advice that could promote dangerous activities or self-harm.
Users must not use the Service to provide professional services that require licensing or credentials, such as medical advice, mental health counseling, or financial planning. The Service is not a substitute for qualified professionals. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including age verification requirements and data protection standards.
Users must engage with the Service fairly and honestly. We prohibit attempts to manipulate billing systems, circumvent usage limits, or engage in practices that could harm our business model.
